I made a stepper card and then cut out all elements, mat and layered on the stepper. Attached the hearts to sticks covered in ribbon and attached to inside of stepper, finished off with flowers, sentiment and red rhinestones.

My Entry into the very 1st Debbi Moore Papercrafting Challenge
