Well since I got back from my hols in Skiathos about 4 weeks ago my mojo has gone on holiday I think as I have only made a handful of cards. Made a couple of lovely ones for my friends daughters 21st but cant show them yet as I don't want her to see them. Had a great time in Skiathos except for the thunderstorms and rain in the 2nd week, didn't do a lot this time as my partner forgot to take his driving licence so we couldn't get a motorbike like we normally do on Skiathos so we just chilled out on the beach and strolled into town in the evening. The apartments we stayed in were great, lovely and clean and we had a seaview room, the English couple that ran the pool bar were very nice, made everyone feel welcome and Claire made a mean full English breakfast.
Went to GNPE Harrogate yesterday, nice drive over there as the weather was sunny and dry. Saw the guys from Kraftyhands and stocked up on a few essentials. On way home we stopped for a pint and had bacon butties for tea when we got home.
Onto the handful of cards made, one from a Debbi Moore cd Shabby Chic Vintage Rose, the watering can from DM Shabby Chic Country Rose cd, Barkley from Crafters Companion using a new Tonic edge die, a blue and white card using a Tonic edge die, a pink and white card using Tonic embossing folder and Jasmine Dream Die, a lovely black and white card with a pink flower from www.scribbleandscrap.co.uk , a black and white engagement for our Nurse Lynda at work and last of all a card a made today using Butterfly Botanicals papers from Kraftyhands and the card is a butterfly gatefold from www.whichcraftuk.co.uk.
